Tell Your Story is the term we use for all the stories that happen at work.
This process is used to gather full details of any Accidents, Injuries, Close Calls, Damage, Risks / Hazards that are more than just a quick fix, or something we are already dealing with.

Reviewing Stories
One of the keys to making sure that we do our best to keep people safe is to review the stories that crew share with us. It's not a complicated process, however it does mean as a worker you need to talk with those involved and work out how to make things safer.
Remember the story review process isn't about finding someone to blame, it's about finding ways to make sure we are doing our best to keep people safe.
