Billing Details

It's really easy to update your billing details and access recent invoices for your PeopleSafe account.

Access the Billing Details Section in PeopleSafe

To do this you'll need to have PeopleSafe Coordinator-level access.

1.     Log in to PeopleSafe at https://my.peoplesafe.co.nz/

2.     Click on your organisation name, at top left, and click the Our Organisation button

3.     In the left-hand navigation, click Billing Details

Update your Billing Contact Details

From the Billing details screen you can

  • View and update where the bills for your subscription are sent
  • Download your recent invoices.

Billing Name: This will populates contact/company name in Xero

Billing Address: Implemented using AddressFinder; Populates Postal Address in Xero

Billing Email: Populates Contact Email in Xero.

Recent Invoices

In this screen you have the ability to see the status of and download your 'recent' invoices for your PeopleSafe Subscription.

 

Payment Details

To update your Credit Card Details you need to login to PeopleSafe.
